Own daily performance of manufacturing lines (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, FPY, OEE, downtime, scrap); Identify and implement improvements for safety, quality, productivity, and equipment reliability; Lead structured problem-solving activities to identify root causes; Analyze production data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement; Develop and maintain APQP documentation (PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams); Develop manufacturing documentation (SWIs, Setup Instructions); Lead specification, design, validation, and launch of new manufacturing processes and equipment; Support troubleshooting of automated manufacturing equipment; Conduct Layered Process Audits, Workstation Audits, 5S Audits, and Process Audits; Maintain engineering standards and procedures to improve process capability
