Responsibilities
Facilitate VAVE and LEAN projects to improve productivity and eliminate waste; Lead lean manufacturing initiatives including 5S, Kaizen Events, Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping, SMED, and Visual Management; Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness, machine utilization, downtime, scrap, and throughput; Manage project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional communication; Analyze current production floor plan and optimize material flow; Create manufacturing work instructions, process documentations, and SOPs; Collaborate with Quality to reduce defects and improve process capability; Support new product introductions by developing efficient manufacturing processes; Track and report continuous improvement savings; Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and quality management systems.
