Responsibilities

Own daily performance of assigned manufacturing lines including Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, First Pass Yield (FPY), OEE, downtime, and scrap; Identify, analyze, and implement improvements that enhance safety, quality, productivity, cost, and equipment reliability; Lead structured problem-solving activities using data-driven methodologies to identify root causes and implement permanent corrective actions; Analyze production data to identify trends, prioritize work, and drive continuous improvement initiatives based on business impact; Demonstrate ownership by driving issues from identification through implementation and verification of effectiveness; Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives within assigned production areas; Develop and maintain APQP documentation including PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, and related quality documentation; Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation including Standard Work Instructions (SWIs), Setup Instructions, and process specifications; Lead and/or support the specification, design, validation, implementation, and launch of new manufacturing processes and equipment; Lead and/or participate in Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and process improvement activities; Support troubleshooting of automated manufacturing equipment by partnering with Production, Maintenance, Controls, Quality, and Technical Functions; Support internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, customer requirements, and Bosch standards; Conduct regular Layered Process Audits (LPA), Workstation Audits, 5S Audits, Operator Audits, and Process Audits; Maintain a strong presence on the manufacturing floor to support operators, verify process performance, and ensure improvements are effective
