Lead and advise on the full spectrum of employment matters including performance management, disciplinary actions, terminations, restructurings, LOA and ADA matters; monitor and interpret changes in employment laws to drive policy updates; provide legal oversight for workplace investigations; serve as a strategic partner to HR leadership on employee lifecycle matters; manage responses to employee escalations and pre-litigation matters; partner with the Employment Litigation Team; develop and deliver training programs on employment law; drive legal research and writing for risk mitigation; evaluate and improve employment law processes; monitor enterprise-wide compliance; collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, HR, Finance, and business leaders.
