Supervise and execute all receiving operations for food, beverage, and general supplies; Ensure accuracy of deliveries against purchase orders; Submit all invoices/documentation to the F&B Administrator; Coordinate all incoming and outgoing shipments; Oversee the organization, cleanliness, and upkeep of the receiving and storage areas; Work collaboratively with Culinary & Stewarding to ensure food items are delivered promptly between kitchens/storage areas; Ensure staff cafeteria is stocked at all meal periods
