Responsibilities
Act as first-level Technical Key Account (TKA) for assigned automotive component projects; Serve as main technical interface with Japanese OEM customers; Support execution of customer projects for Passenger Car and Commercial Vehicle applications; Support new project acquisition activities; Coordinate and track Engineering Change Requests (ECRs); Take ownership of Quality Gate (QG) activities; Investigate and support continuous improvement activities related to component and field quality issues; Prepare, maintain, and coordinate technical customer documentation; Support engineering activities such as technical drawings, experiments, and validation; Develop strong technical expertise in DNOX products and systems through collaboration with Bosch platform teams in Europe.
