Participate in deep cleaning and organization of the laundry facility, implement sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and folding procedures, test equipment before opening, organize clean/dirty linen circuits, supervise and coordinate daily work of laundry attendants, control quality and turnaround times, manage processing priorities, monitor equipment functionality and report maintenance needs, control detergent and consumable stocks, train and evaluate the laundry team, report activities and variances to the Laundry Manager
