Responsibilities
Serve as contact person for executives and HR CoEs on cross-border assignment questions; Operatively manage project-based international assignments including coordination with project leadership, social security and tax checks, and document application (e.g., A1 certificates, PWD, secondment agreements); Support internal coordination and meetings with external service providers (e.g., tax consulting, payroll); Contribute to Global Mobility projects such as creating standards for global mobility (processes, guidelines)
