Responsibilities
Submit and manage ACI/eManifest filings for cross-border shipments; Communicate with drivers, carriers, customs brokers, and operations teams regarding border activities; Troubleshoot shipment holds and customs documentation issues; Work with TCO and TCI for daily activities including track and trace and processing shipments; Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing; Ensure delivery of freight and timely clearance when applicable.
