Manage and coordinate customs clearance for inbound and outbound shipments (air, sea, and land); Prepare, review, and control import/export documents; Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and customs authorities; Monitor shipment status and clearance timelines to ensure on-time delivery; Resolve clearance issues to minimize delays, demurrage, or penalties; Prepare, verify, and submit billing documents related to logistics and customs activities; Track and reconcile logistics costs against shipment records and agreed quotations; Support BOI-related import/export documentation as assigned; Ensure logistics operations comply with Customs regulations and internal SOPs; Coordinate closely with Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, Finance, and Sales teams; Prepare logistics-related reports (shipment status, clearance performance, cost summary)
