Responsibilities

Participate in project and imaging configurations to support production schedules; support daily imaging operations to ensure reliable and efficient workflows; maintain standard project configuration practices across productions; support production, Editorial, and IO teams in ingest, configuration, and delivery processes; respond to service desk tickets and communicate clearly with stakeholders; support implementation and maintenance of the color pipeline across productions; participate in troubleshooting imaging and color issues impacting artists and production; help maintain color consistency and image integrity across workflows and deliverables; participate in coordination and validation of screen calibration under senior supervision; support creative teams with technical assistance related to imaging and color workflows; participate in testing imaging and color tools, gather feedback, and report issues; help document workflows, procedures, and tool usage to support adoption and consistency; collaborate with Pipeline, Editorial, IO, and Technology teams to improve and develop workflows; provide feedback on workflow efficiency and potential user experience improvements; participate in debugging workflow and pipeline issues impacting imaging, editorial, or IO processes; work closely with senior imaging specialists and leadership to support departmental objectives; maintain clear communication with artists, production teams, and technical departments; contribute to knowledge sharing by documenting solutions and supporting team learning; stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in imaging, color, and VFX pipelines.
