Provide day-to-day technical support across specialty rooms, edit bays, and Editorial; troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real time; identify recurring issues and contribute to root cause analysis; work directly with production executives, post production executives, editors, and production creatives; support facility projects including specialty room refreshes and edit bay upgrades; partner with engineering stakeholder teams to evolve tools, platforms, and workflows; partner with the in-house VFX Manager to provide pipeline support and color workflow guidance; coordinate with internal tech support teams for specialized troubleshooting; provide technical context to Media Systems and Production Engineering partners; support screening room scheduling and usage.
