Supervise production and verify batches, Handle N3 application incidents (analysis, diagnosis, resolution), Execute complex SQL queries to investigate anomalies, Identify dysfunctions and propose permanent solutions, Participate in integration tests and go-live operations, Manage requests and incidents via ITSM/JIRA, Produce activity reporting and indicators, Intervene on data corrections and extractions, Document procedures and enrich knowledge base, Contribute to continuous process improvement, Collaborate with MOA, MOE, operations, and vendors, Participate in on-call rotations and sensitive operations
