Monitor and manage open sales orders to ensure customer delivery requirements are achieved; Create and manage intercompany purchase orders, supplier confirmations, and in transit records within SAP; Coordinate overseas shipments, update ETA information, and prepare documentation for goods receipting; Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to maintain strong working relationships; Support urgent customer requests, resolve system or process related delays, and identify alternate sourcing options where required; Communicate delays or changes to customers, provide solutions where possible, and support overall customer satisfaction outcomes
