Develop and own end-to-end process delivery for Change, Configuration, and Release Management; Lead and develop a cohesive team across multiple geographic locations; Measure, monitor, and review team performance using KPIs and CSFs; Ensure team performance and skill levels; Allocate work within the team; Support bid responses and service offerings; Maintain compliance through internal and external audits; Review and verify documentation accuracy; Implement continual service improvement strategies; Build relationships with internal and third-party organizations; Ensure adherence to contractual SLAs; Act as authority for approval on Change Advisory Boards (CABs); Promote and monitor process adherence.
