Responsibilities
Participate in the elaboration of the annual R&D action plan and global R&D budget; Pilot projects involving the development of new fermentation products; Manage budgets linked to these projects in liaison with external and internal teams; Write promotional documents (technical sheets, presentations) necessary for bringing new products to market; Communicate regularly across functions (marketing, regulatory, supply chain) on project progress; Ensure technical presentations and publications of Fermentis at a global level; Represent Fermentis in the technical world (symposiums, congresses, conferences) and in the brewing association; Maintain and develop an academic network (research centers, universities, grandes écoles) for partnerships, lobbying, and collaborations; Provide expertise to technical sales teams and all Fermentis teams.
