Lead end-to-end operational governance of usage processing from network switch through mediation, rating, billing and reconciliation; Oversee reconciliation controls and drive resolution of customer-impacting issues; Lead wholesale rating and settlement activities across domestic interconnect, international roaming, domestic roaming, and third-party vendors; Develop a strong financial control framework in the end-to-end validation process of all settlements; Establish and maintain comprehensive operational controls across all processes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
