Own and lead the full Salesforce ecosystem including Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce; Architect and deliver complex Marketing Cloud solutions including journey builder, email studio, automation studio, audience segmentation, and personalisation; Design and implement Data Cloud solutions including data ingestion, unification, segmentation, identity resolution, and activation; Build and manage data streams, data model objects, calculated insights, and activation targets within Data Cloud; Lead enterprise level implementations and integrations across the full Salesforce platform; Define and govern data strategy, data quality, and compliance across all Salesforce clouds; Act as the senior technical authority and point of escalation for all Salesforce related matters; Partner with marketing, sales, and technology leadership to drive platform strategy and roadmap; Mentor and guide junior and mid-level Salesforce team members
