Circulose is a global leader in textile-to-textile recycling with a mission to lead the change towards a circular fashion industry. Located in Sundsvall, Sweden, our Ortviken plant is the world’s first commercial‑scale chemical textile recycling facility.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you excited about shaping the future of circular fashion and joining a fast-growing start-up? We’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support our marketing and communications activities on a fixed term contract until 31 of December 2026.
Based in our Stockholm office, you’ll work closely with the communications team and report directly to our Director of Communications & Public Affairs.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As Temporary Marketing & Communications Coordinator, you will plan and execute key activities across our growing communications landscape, including:

Create and publish content for social media and the Circulose website

Support content planning, channel maintenance, and performance tracking

Assist with event planning and production, including industry events and trade fairs

Support brand and fiber producer partners in their communications when bringing CIRCULOSE® to market

Assist with marketing materials, presentations, and day-to-day communications and administrative tasks

ABOUT YOU
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

A hands-on communicator with a relevant academic background and comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Experienced in working with digital tools and social media platforms, e.g. WeChat, RedNote, LinkedIn

Organised, proactive, service-minded, and able to manage multiple workstreams

Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken) - required

Interested in sustainability, circular economy, or fashion/design (a plus)
