They should be able to concisely and accurately share knowledge with their teammates.</span></p></div><h3><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE:</strong></h3>
<p>We are seeking an experienced and hands-on <strong>Warehouse Supervisor</strong> for a <strong>temporary</strong> assignment to lead warehouse and logistics operations in <strong>Jacksonville, Florida</strong> or <strong>Conroe, Texas. </strong>In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse activities, lead a team of logistics and material handlers, and ensure the efficient receiving, storage, staging, and distribution of high-value equipment (servers, networking gear, power and cooling systems, and other critical infrastructure). You will drive safety, accuracy, productivity, and process improvements in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.&nbsp;This is a temporary position ideal for a strong leader with warehouse supervision experience who can quickly establish operational excellence and support aggressive project timelines. Contracts may include the possibility of extension based on business needs.</p>
<h3><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead, coach, and supervise a team of warehouse associates, logistics specialists, and material handlers</li>
<li>Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, put-away, picking, kitting, staging, shipping, and inventory control</li>
<li>Ensure high inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and timely system updates in ERP/WMS</li>
<li>Monitor and optimize material flow to support construction and data center operations, including just-in-time delivery</li>
<li>Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment</li>
<li>Track performance metrics (on-time delivery, accuracy, productivity) and implement continuous improvement initiatives</li>
<li>Coordinate with procurement, carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and meet schedules</li>
<li>Manage inbound and outbound logistics, returns, and reverse logistics for high-value and sensitive equipment</li>
<li>Provide hands-on support during peak periods, including extended hours or weekends as needed</li>
<li>Conduct performance feedback, training, and corrective action as required</li>
<li>Report on warehouse KPIs and escalate risks or bottlenecks to leadership</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>4+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of warehouse best practices, inventory management, and safety standards (OSHA)</li>
<li>Experience with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office/Google Suite (especially Excel/Sheets)</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and perform physical tasks in a warehouse or data center environment</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and willingness to work onsite in Jacksonville, FL or Conroe, TX with flexibility for extended hours</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Background in data center, hyperscale, manufacturing, or technology supply chain environments</li>
<li>Forklift certification and experience with material handling equipment</li>
<li>Familiarity with TMS or advanced logistics tracking tools</li>
<li>Lean/Six Sigma experience or other process improvement certifications</li>
<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills</li>
</ul>
