Responsibilities
Support deployment and day-to-day oversight of an MSP BPO engagement covering offshore BuyDesk, sourcing support, supplier management, and contracting support; Help build standard operating procedures (SOPs), governance, and escalation workflows for the BPO relationship; Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs) to hold the BPO accountable for service quality; Participate in procurement operations improvement projects that streamline how the business sources, buys, and manages suppliers; Partner with stakeholders across Zoox to translate their requests into practical, scalable solutions; Manage multiple projects at once, prioritizing time and resources as needs shift.
