Source and screen high volumes of candidates across multiple active programs simultaneously, Own top-of-funnel pipeline health metrics including application volume and time-to-fill, Partner with Strategic Project Leads to understand program-specific domain requirements, Build and maintain sourcing pipelines across job boards and professional communities, Develop and iterate on outreach messaging to improve conversion rates, Coordinate scheduling and logistics for screening calls and onboarding, Flag pipeline risks early to prevent understaffing
