Responsibilities
Manage an allocated portfolio of low-complexity claims from notification through to resolution and closure; Assess and progress claims in accordance with documented procedures, delegated authority, client requirements and business standards; Gather, review and maintain information required to support claim assessment and decision-making; Manage claim payments and other claim transactions within delegated authority; Identify and escalate claims, issues and decisions that require additional technical assessment, investigation or authority; Maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date claim records and documentation.
