10+ years in healthcare management, delivery, and/or consulting; 10+ years in client management and/or program management; experience serving as primary interface with senior client executive sponsors; strong client management and customer service skills; strong leadership skills; excellent written and oral presentation skills; strong business and technical acumen; deep analytical and organizational skills; results-oriented; confident, capable, enthusiastic self-starter; experience with project management software and tools; Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Preferred skills
Experience at a SaaS, health-tech company, and/or start-up company; AI fluency (using AI tools for drafting, analysis, coding, research, process automation; applying judgment and accountability; continuously learning and adapting; identifying opportunities to improve workflows; operating with strong data responsibility and security awareness).
Responsibilities
Manage, lead, and oversee one or more client implementations and internal initiatives; implement project governance structure including delivery structure, change control, and processes; lead organization and deployment of League resources; accountable for build and maintenance of end-to-end integrated program plans, resource assignments, budgets, and performance against milestones; serve as escalation point for risks, issues, and decisions; maintain deep understanding of League's product and platform; lead internal teams and clients on change management plans; collaborate on communication plans and drive accountability for final approvals; develop and manage high-performing teams; coach and develop staff on implementation delivery methodology; lead key internal initiatives to drive efficiencies; accountable for client satisfaction scores; partner with Customer Strategy and Member Services teams for smooth client transition.
