Responsibilities
Follow up MPS achievement and propose preventive actions regarding material availability; Define and lead actions connected with inventory reductions; Measure Supplier Service Rate (SSR) and propose action plans to improve service level; Plan raw materials and components requirements based on Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning; Validate and send weekly forecasts to suppliers; Follow up daily material arrivals according to firm orders; Attend Logistics/Purchasing meetings and follow up related action plans; Support implementation of supply chain tools and methods (Pull flow, Kanban, EDI, Milk run); Define inbound transportation plans with External flow analyst; Support inventory counting and maintain accuracy; Alert sales in the event of a crisis and define priorities; Propose logistics protocols with suppliers; Ensure backup coverage for suppliers' accounts.
