Manage engagement of resident jobseekers and coordinate onboarding of community employers; Provide personalised guidance to jobseekers on their job search journey; Coordinate with employers and vendors for profile creation and listing management; Guide jobseekers in setting up digital profiles and navigating job portals; Facilitate connections between jobseekers and employers via face-to-face or online platforms; Monitor jobseekers' progress and review service delivery processes; Organise and participate in events like job fairs and outreach activities; Track and report data on registrations and success stories; Provide operational guidance to new Job Ambassadors.
