Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of candidate administration including updating applicant data and scheduling activity. Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets. Review applications to evaluate if they meet position requirements. Coordinate events, assessments, and interviews for hiring candidates. Serve as liaison with candidates to communicate logistics. Shadow recruiters in follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine plan effectiveness.
