Partner with global leaders to define and deploy DBS tools for product development lifecycle management. Drive improvement in core innovation measures including on-time delivery, project predictability, portfolio throughput, and quality. Create and manage a DBS roadmap linking business needs to improvement initiatives. Coach leaders and associates on DBS tools, behaviors, and operating mechanisms. Participate in and grow the Cepheid Certified Practitioner (CP) community.
