Responsibilities
Own delivery of multiple initiatives aligned with product roadmaps and quarterly commitments; Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to define scope, schedules, and milestones; Track committed work and ensure action items are assigned; Identify delivery risks and develop mitigation plans; Manage scope changes and coordinate cross-project dependencies; Lead Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Scrum principles; Own and maintain Sprint Backlogs in Jira; Gather and clarify requirements from studios and technical teams; Prioritize backlog items based on business needs and capacity; Facilitate triage of operational tickets through ServiceNow; Support incident-management processes and postmortem action items; Establish release and launch communications; Provide program-level performance reporting; Identify and lead process improvements; Maintain communication across geographically distributed teams
