Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze end-to-end outbound and returns performance metrics to detect defects and drive corrective actions; Pull and synthesize data from multiple sources to generate operational insights and measure improvement effectiveness; Lead cross-functional initiatives to address structural gaps in outbound flow and returns processing; Identify and size improvement opportunities across the network and build business cases to prioritize execution; Support demand forecasting and peak season planning in partnership with Planning and S&OP teams; Prepare and present performance updates and strategic documents for leadership reviews.
