Responsibilities
Design and enhance onboarding systems by collaborating with stakeholders to develop, implement, and continuously improve the end-to-end orientation experience. Coordinate complex logistics and scheduling for orientation activities, including managing instructor schedules, facilities, materials, and communications. Partner across teams to align onboarding processes with operational updates and facilitate seamless account creation and system access. Develop and track metrics that measure the effectiveness of onboarding programs to drive data-informed decisions. Manage communications and support for new hires through multiple channels to address questions and ensure a smooth transition.
