## About the role This role provides regional leadership across program managers, field stakeholders, and operational partners. Help teams adapt, learn, and continuously improve in a fast-paced, complex operating environment. ## Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent and 8+ years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain, inventory management, asset management, logistics, or related operations within an information technology or data center environment. - Experience leading cross-functional programs, operational change, or process improvement initiatives in large, complex organizations. - Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders, influence without direct authority, and drive execution across regional or multi-site operating environments. - Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information technology, computer science, supply chain, operations, or equivalent practical experience. - Experience managing inventory, asset, DBD, logistics, or supply chain operations in a data center, cloud infrastructure, manufacturing, or mission-critical environment. - Strong program management experience across large, complex, cross-functional organizations. - Experience with structured process improvement and operational excellence methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, or equivalent frameworks. - Strong analytical, communication, governance, and executive stakeholder management skills. - Ability to balance operational rigor with flexibility in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. ## What we offer The Senior Manager will work closely with Campus Directors, Data Center Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Security, Compliance, Finance, Leasing and Construction, Global Program teams, and regional leadership.
