Responsibilities
Lead and guide a team of 4–5 DevOps/Production Support Engineers, Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support for critical Production Trading systems, Take ownership of and manage the Order Management System (OMS) and Market Data delivery systems, Monitor, diagnose, and report on the health and performance of trading systems, Drive incident management efforts and lead post-incident reviews, Work closely with Traders, Quants, Developers, and external clients, Design and deploy automation solutions and self-healing mechanisms, Act as the primary technical escalation contact, Ensure seamless operational handovers across regions, Participate in deployment planning and release management, Support initiatives for infrastructure scalability and observability
