Maintain overall availability of the trading platform, lead a team of 10+ individuals to drive SRE principles and TOIL reduction, identify and resolve application/infrastructure issues, implement automation opportunities like self-healing scripts, conduct postmortems and strategic follow-ups, perform Start of Week/Day checks and monitoring alert oversight, act as gatekeeper to production reviewing changes, collaborate with Project Managers and Developers on platform enhancements, set up and maintain monitoring environments, participate in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan exercises
