Financial Markets DevOps Engineer
Required skills
5+ years of experience as a Support Engineer or DevOps, preferably in the Financial Markets area. Understanding of Financial Markets (such as Repo/SecLending, Bonds/Equities, Settlements/Risk systems, Regulatory Reporting). Experience operating, monitoring, and supporting applications. Basic knowledge of Linux/UNIX and Oracle DB (or other SQL databases). Experience with automation of manual activities (e.g. testing, deployment). Continuous improvement mindset—you like to challenge yourself and the team. Team player attitude with very good communication skills. English level B2 (or higher).
Preferred skills
Good knowledge of Linux/UNIX (including script programming). Working knowledge of CI/CD. Basic programming skills in any programming language (e.g. Java, Python, other). Basic knowledge and experience in Agile (e.g. Scrum methodology). Analytical approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities
Positively contribute to the support and change of the Anvil Platform, actively participating in its maintenance and improvement in line with your learning path. Co-create automation solutions for CI/CD, testing, and monitoring, driving more effective and efficient workplace processes. Ensure incidents, tickets, and requests are managed—solving and dispatching as needed, while maintaining daily operation through mailbox and applications monitoring. Monitor and report on database performance, implementing and improving the release pipeline including automated functional and non-functional testing. Participate in Scrum events and collaborate with business users and stakeholders worldwide. Drive tasks automation and process improvements, fostering a continuous improvement mindset within the team.
