Lead end-to-end NPI programs from R&D/Div engagement through product qualification to production ramp; Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resources, and risk mitigation strategies; Drive cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones, quality targets, and customer commitments; Serve as the primary focal point for Div during product development and qualification phases; Conduct regular project status reviews with management and various stakeholders; Manage project risks, change requests, and escalation activities; Identify and resolve process-related technical challenges during NPI and production ramp; Drive issue resolution through structured problem-solving methodologies; Continuously evaluate and benchmark new manufacturing technologies, materials, equipment capabilities, and process innovations.
