Lead NPI activities from prototype to high-volume production at OSAT; Collaborate with design, process, and test engineering teams for DFM/DFT alignment; Develop product characterization and qualification plans; Drive root cause analysis for yield excursions and quality issues; Optimize test programs to improve yield and reduce test time; Analyze production data (WAT, CP, FT) and SPC to identify improvements; Own cost reduction initiatives including yield enhancement and package optimization; Manage product documentation and support customer audits and technical inquiries
