Provide L3/SME-level support for Exchange On-Premises, including DAG architecture and certificate lifecycle management; Manage Exchange Hybrid configurations; Support Active Directory Domain Services and Microsoft Entra ID; Lead complex incident resolution and root cause analysis for Exchange outages; Support Azure Virtual Desktop and Azure integrations; Administer supporting platforms including Windows Server and Enterprise Vault; Perform patching, cumulative update deployments, and vulnerability remediation; Develop PowerShell automation for operational tasks; Maintain SOPs and runbooks for failover and disaster recovery.
