Monitor internal and external managed infrastructures daily, administer and enhance managed services technology stack, provide behind-the-scenes technical support to service desk and field teams, review alerts and proactively address recurring issues, improve alerting, monitoring, scripting, and automation, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with vendors, perform network and infrastructure health assessments, report on health, performance, and security of customer environments, identify root causes and develop fixes, assist with testing and implementation of new technologies, provide onsite and remote technical support, maintain billable utilization goals, respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot escalated infrastructure issues, support desktops, servers, M365, networks, and infrastructure, administer user accounts and permissions, carry out scheduled maintenance, create and document issues per ticketing standards, monitor tickets to resolution, keep documentation accurate, follow change-management procedures, identify sales opportunities, participate in emergency on-call rotation, maintain timesheets, collaborate with IT teams, take ownership of issues and escalate appropriately, stay current on technical knowledge
