Responsibilities

Design and maintain multi-domain Active Directory infrastructure including trusts, FSMO roles, and disaster recovery; Administer Exchange Server and Exchange Online including hybrid deployments, migrations, and high availability; Implement and troubleshoot Microsoft Entra ID, hybrid authentication, and SSO/Conditional Access; Diagnose complex network and authentication issues using packet captures and log analysis; Ensure compliance with federal standards (NIST, FISMA, DISA STIGs) and support security hardening; Develop PowerShell automation for identity and messaging operations; Provide Tier III escalation support and on-call rotation for critical incidents.
