Form deep working relationships with Financial Advisors and Personal Bankers; Provide expert advice and problem-solving for client mortgage needs; Execute best rates and select proper products; Own the client experience up to loan registration; Work with Private Bankers to reach growth targets; Maintain and follow up on client referral pipeline; Analyze financial information for lending qualification; Partner with Mortgage Specialist Team for seamless application transfer; Manage inbound/outbound queues and call campaigns; Obtain documents for underwriting approval and negotiate pricing.
