Responsibilities
Own end-to-end legal workflow including intake, prioritization, approvals, escalation paths, and document management; Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (MSAs, SOWs, data licenses, SLAs, NDAs, vendor contracts); Build and refine templates and negotiation playbooks for recurring issues; Identify opportunities to automate or streamline high-volume legal workflows; Establish decision rules for internal handling, standardization, automation, and escalation; Manage outside counsel to control spend and scope work efficiently
