Develop and support a pod of associates, setting priorities and holding the team accountable. Direct virtual-assistant capacity including work allocation and quality assurance. Own complex credentialing programs end to end for doctors, nurses, and therapists. Build and maintain clear SOPs, operating cadences, and audit-ready records. Use metrics to manage capacity, throughput, and execution risk. Investigate ambiguous operational issues and lead improvement plans. Design scalable workflows and recommend tooling improvements. Serve as the day-to-day escalation point for the area. Build team capability by coaching associates into stronger owners.
