Manage end-to-end Salesforce projects from initiation through delivery and closure; Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and delivery commitments; Lead project governance, status meetings, steering committee meetings, and client communications; Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests; Track project progress, identify potential delays or risks, and drive corrective actions; Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement; Prepare project status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and other governance documentation; Support estimation, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and project planning for new Salesforce opportunities.
