Lead end-to-end delivery of operational projects from scoping to outcome measurement; Own project plans, timelines, dependencies, and resourcing across multiple concurrent initiatives; Shape the operational project roadmap alongside the Operations Manager; Act as delivery owner for regulated market projects ensuring compliance; Partner with Compliance and senior stakeholders to align outputs with jurisdictional requirements; Manage, mentor, and develop a team; Own project and process documentation including SOPs; Facilitate delivery governance rituals; Serve as escalation point for delivery risks; Support market expansion by preparing operations for new regulatory environments
