Responsibilities
Lead EAC and forecast governance including variance/root-cause analysis and risk tracking; Partner with Program Management and Contracts on CLIN structure, funding, billing, and reporting; Drive monthly FP&A forecasting and unit-economics insights (margin, COGS, working capital); Support planning deliverables (AOP/LRP) by consolidating program outlooks; Operate performance management (EVM) supporting baseline management and audit preparation; Build scalable processes, templates, and dashboards for financial governance; Hire and develop talent including analysts; Conduct ad-hoc analysis for Business Cases; Partner with Engineering and Supply Chain to navigate financial complexities of scaling from development to production
