Responsibilities
Establish and maintain PMO-wide standards for cost and schedule baselining (common WBS and cost codes); Define cross-sector standards for baseline change control and audit compliance; Validate estimate-to-baseline handoff (scope, hours, materials, margins); Build cost-to-complete and estimate-at-completion tooling for project managers; Own monthly program economics reviews and drive variance recovery; Develop and maintain SOPs and reporting tooling for sector executive dashboards; Ensure data integrity in ERP systems (cost codes, WIP, BOM alignment); Track portfolio risk and contingency allowances; Lead post-mortem analysis at project close-out; Onboard and train project managers on controls toolsets.
