Respond to and follow up referral enquiries from health, government, and community sources; Receive, track, and onboard referrals within mandated turnaround times; Interpret and explain available funding to clients; Create, manage, and review service agreements; Create and maintain client profiles in Akuety and SharePoint; Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff; Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately; Monitor reception inbox and action enquiries; Maintain reception spaces and coordinate room bookings; Manage mail, deliveries, and couriers; Provide general administrative support including data entry and filing; Track enquiry outcomes and assist with reporting on conversion trends.
