Support regulatory licence strategy and ensure compliance with applicable requirements; Act as 2LoD partner providing independent advice and oversight; Develop and maintain compliance policies and controls; Monitor regulatory landscape changes and implement required adjustments; Engage with MAS and other regulators for submissions and examinations; Deliver local compliance monitoring and assurance programmes; Provide compliance advice on new products and initiatives; Partner with Legal, Risk, and Operations teams; Support regulatory reporting and documentation.
