Direct point of contact with the FMA in New Zealand; Deliver the regulatory engagement strategy in the region; Manage regulatory compliance components of licence authorisation processes; Ensure regulatory compliance and risk/breach reporting obligations are maintained; Support and manage on-site exams and inspections; Advise the business on regulatory change initiatives and compliance risk; Develop policies and processes for regulatory risk obligations; Manage regulatory compliance risk within the Enterprise Risk Management Framework; Deliver the Compliance Monitoring Program and conduct targeted reviews; Conduct Compliance Training for employees; Execute 'Proactive Special Ops' projects to unlock business issues.
